A Message from your Parent and Community Liaison
Hello and welcome ladies and gentlemen to the parent resource center! My name is J. Christopher Randall. I have been awarded the opportunity to bridge the gap between Mundy’s Mill High School and the community. Please take a moment to complete the needs assessment and forward it to crandall@clayton.k12.ga.us.
As your liaison, I have a responsibility to ensure that your school experience is the best one possible. In addition to opening the lines of communication between parents and our faculty, my other objective is to empower parents by increasing your involvement around our school. The MVP program has been established to encourage parents to become active stakeholders in your child’s scholastic achievements. By volunteering in various in school and out of school activities such as: office attendant, hall monitor, team parent, and joining the PTSA; you shall be awarded for your time invested at Mundy’s Mill High School.
In order to assist the needs of students who are at risk, we also encourage you to participate in the ARMS mentor program. As we transition into a new year, we plan to offer enrichment programs and workshops for students and parents that will concentrate on the areas of improving study skills, SAT/ACT prep, decision making, preparing for college, personal finance, and parental involvement. This is a triangular partnership between parents, students, and faculty.
We must all work together to ensure that Mundy’s Mill High School is the premier academic institution in Clayton County and all of Atlanta Metro. Go Tigers!
